Research internship concerning Nonlinear compensation of Fiber Communications by Neuronal Networks.

Currently doing a research internship at ETH Zürich, I've been able to see firsthand how dynamic and full of opportunity the Swiss student entrepreneurship ecosystem is — and how much the bridges between French Junior Enterprises and Swiss student structures deserve to be strengthened.

My mission: to build lasting connections, foster dialogue between two cultures of student entrepreneurship, and demonstrate the value Junior Enterprises can bring to companies and organizations, wherever they may be.

Executive board member, I support the treasury team in financial management and in structuring robust processes.

Main responsibilities:
- Supervising and supporting the treasury team in its day-to-day activities
- Project financial follow-up: monitoring cash flows related to projects, ensuring compliance with procedures and deadlines
- Ensuring financial rigor: applying best practices in financial management, guaranteeing reliability of financial documents and compliance with Junior Enterprise standards
- Supporting audit processes (preparation, follow-up, and coordination), with a focus on treasury-related matters
- Training and knowledge transfer within the treasury team to ensure continuity between cohorts
- Providing strategic support to the treasury team, while respecting the responsibilities of the new executive team

This role also allows me to develop hands-on experience in treasury management, in line with my strong commitment to SENS Paris-Saclay and the Junior-Entreprise Movement, and in preparation for future participation in the recruitment process for Treasury Auditors.

Pirat[ENS] is the sailing and watersports association (under French law 1901) of ENS Paris-Saclay. Its mission is to promote sailing within the school and to represent ENS Paris-Saclay at student events.

The association organizes numerous sailing outings throughout the year, including introductory trips, cruises, and regattas. It also hosts and participates in several events, such as our annual Sailing Integration Weekend (WEIV), inter-school regattas (Régate de Centrale Méditerranée, Voiles du Havre, Trophée Grand Surprise), and our annual handover cruise.

Among the top students in France, recognized by the French government with civil servant status, a prestigious acknowledgment of best French talent, currently enrolled at the École Normale Supérieure Paris-Saclay, one of the most selective and prestigious Grandes Écoles in the French academic landscape. The Junior-Entreprise began its activity in 2000 in Cachan under the name CNS Conseil. Since then, we have continuously provided our clients with tailor-made services, allowing us to build long-term relationships based on trust. As a result, organizations of various sizes have placed their trust in us, including the OECD, CEA, and EDF, as well as startups and individual clients.

As a small-sized structure, we place strong emphasis on personalized client support and on building trusted relationships grounded in strict adherence to time constraints and quality standards.

What I accomplished:
- Client outreach and business development
- Participation in numerous professional trade fairs
- End-to-end project management as project leader, from initial client meetings to project closure, with both French and U.S. clients
- Organization of a prospecting development module for the Business Development team
- Participation in the Winter 2025 Auditors-Consultants Training Weekend in Treasury, following a highly selective process (34 selected out of 700)
- Participation in the organization of the 2025 Île-de-France Regional Autumn Congress at ENS Paris-Saclay
- Active involvement and support across the various teams of SENS Paris-Saclay
