As a project director, I collect clients' needs to support them in the customized development of their business applications. I organize and lead the project and steering committees. On a daily basis, I ensure the maintenance of the applications by making corrections and evolutions.
I also set up development follow-up processes for the DEV team in order to optimize their production and I follow the developers on a daily basis on their projects (participation in stand-ups) in collaboration with the Tech Leads.

In collaboration with customers, the quality/CSR department and management, I draw up framework contracts for customers.

The clients I work with are major accounts in the construction sector, franchises in personal care.

In the scope of the SAT3LLITE project, GRDF develops news information systems (IS) to modernize the remote reading and energy calculation system for 105,700 "business market" customers.


This project includes the development of several IT systems : CETI (Energy Calculation after Index Treatments), SIRSE (IS for remote reading and Equipment Supervision), the deployment of new remote reading systems, the development of a new mobile application for technicians.
1) Expression of business needs, drafting of specifications for the various integrators
2) IS design, mobile applications with the IT department, the integrator and the regions (business): Functional workshops, UX-UI workshops
3) Rereading and correction of detailed functional specifications for new tools
4) Follow-up of developments by including tests on deliverables (Recipe) with final users.

In charge of Notilus T&E, software dedicated to the management of business travel (travel booking, expense notes, supplier invoices, reporting).

Results: Rationalization of the company's technical platforms and communication - Consistency between all countries while keeping local specificities.
