Six ENS Paris-Saclay alumni honored in Choiseul 2025 ranking

The Choiseul Institute has just unveiled its 2025 ranking of the 100 most promising profiles under 40 in the French economy. A true reference in identifying emerging talents, this ranking highlights personalities who are shaping the future of the business world in France.

This year, six graduates of ENS Paris-Saclay are among these exceptional talents, illustrating the excellence and influence of our School in various fields ranging from aeronautics to digital technology, including sport and public policies.


Our graduates distinguished in the Choiseul 100

Justine Coutard – 2nd place
Justine Coutard (class of 2004, SHS) is today director of Paris-Orly airport (ADP Group). Former chief of staff to the Minister of Public Action and Accounts, she embodies strong leadership in a strategic sector.

Jérémie Lecha – 28th place
Jérémie Lecha (class of 2008, SHS) recently took the reins of the French Rugby Federation as general director. With a career started at EY and a stint in agri-food (Roullier Group), he combines economic expertise and management of sports institutions.

Charles Gorintin – 53rd place
Charles Gorintin (class of 2011, mathematics) is co-founder and technical director of Alan, a French company revolutionizing health insurance with a digital and user-experience-centered approach.

Éléonore Crespo – 67th place
Éléonore Crespo (class of 2010, physics) is today head of Pigment, a French Tech start-up ranked in the Next40 (2023 cohort). Her career illustrates the dynamism of the School’s alumni in innovation and entrepreneurship.

Clémence Lenoir – 85th place
Clémence Lenoir (class of 2010, SHS) holds a key position within the President of the Republic’s office as advisor in macroeconomics and public policies. Her role at the top of the State demonstrates the impact of ENS women in the public sphere.

Cyprien Canivenc – 87th place
Cyprien Canivenc (class of 2011, SHS) is today director of strategy and international development at Thales. His career, marked by experiences at the General Secretariat for Investment and the AI Commission, illustrates the alumni’s commitment to major technological and industrial challenges.


A pool of excellence serving innovation and leadership

The notable presence of these six graduates in the Choiseul 100 2025 highlights ENS Paris-Saclay’s ability to train brilliant and visionary minds. Whether in entrepreneurship, public governance, industry or research, the School’s alumni establish themselves as key players in economic and social transformation.
