As part of the Barometer on Talent Expatriation, the Public Affairs team at Ipsos France is conducting a series of interviews on behalf of Syntec. This study aims to better understand the career paths, aspirations, and challenges of scientific and technical talents in the context of international mobility.
Specific profiles are being sought for one-hour individual interviews (via Teams), scheduled between April and May 2025:
🔹 Young French graduates (22–30 years old)
Graduates of top engineering schools or scientific/technical master’s programs
In their final year of studies or first year post-graduation
With a concrete plan for professional expatriation in the near future
🔹 French professionals recently returned from expatriation (25–60 years old)
Minimum Bac+5 level (engineering schools or scientific/technical master’s degrees)
Back in France for less than 2 years
After at least 3 years of professional expatriation
🔹 Foreign students in France (22–30 years old)
Enrolled in a scientific or technical program (engineering schools or master’s degrees)
🔹 Foreign professionals working in France (30–60 years old)
Graduates of programs equivalent to French engineering schools or scientific/technical master’s degrees
Currently employed and residing in France for 2 to 15 years
