Former rugby players and supporters of ENS Paris-Saclay have been meeting annually for 35 years in the region of one of the members for a weekend centered around their shared passion for rugby. All generations are thus represented, from retirees to current students at the School.

The traditional intergenerational tournament organized by the Rugenset association combines conviviality, sport, sharing, and team spirit. It reflects the strong solidarity that reigns within this network that identifies with the values of rugby.

Among them, alumni from ENS Cachan, and even from ENSET, took advantage of this edition organized by the young in Ile-de-France to discover and visit the new ENS Paris-Saclay campus in Gif-sur-Yvette.

Bruno Foucras, president of the Rugenset association:

"The School's initiative to develop the alumni network came at just the right time, and the welcome we received was greatly appreciated by everyone. The young, still students, took advantage of the visit to share their experiences in the new premises, and this moment, besides starting our traditional weekend in an unusual way, made everyone want to continue the exchanges, as intergenerational sharing has been the essence of Rugenset since 1989."
