Highlights of the 2024 Careers Week
On Thursday, December 5th last, ENS Paris-Saclay organized the Normalian Careers Forum, whose objective is to offer resources and opportunities to support normaliennes and normaliens in building their professional future. More than 60 alumni with varied professional backgrounds responded to support the future graduates in their reflection on the future.
The lunch of representatives from the senior civil service corps
The day began with a lunch bringing together representatives from senior State corps, such as the Armament Engineers Corps, the INSEE Administrators Corps, the Bridges and Forests Engineers Corps, the Mines Corps...
The speakers shared with the normaliennes and normaliens their vision of current strategic issues and the career evolutions within their public institutions. This privileged moment allowed informal exchanges in a friendly atmosphere, giving students a concrete insight into the missions and challenges inherent to these roles.
The Normalian Careers Forum
During the afternoon, normaliennes and normaliens had the opportunity to talk with alumni working in sectors as diverse as:
public institutions: Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry, National Gendarmerie, Navy, Competition Authority, General Inspectorate of Finance, France Strategy, Grand Paris Development, Treasury Directorate General, Ministry of National Education, Ministry of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forestry;
